Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required; hotel sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business using Salesforce reports, outside sales calls, cold calls, etc.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up to capture desired business.
• Maintain organized system to pursue viable inquiries and contracts in a timely manner.
• Block rooms and space in systems; prepare quotes, proposals and contracts.
• Travel locally and out of city/state as necessary to attend trade shows and research potential clients.
