Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a Sales Manager for SpringHill Suites by Marriott–Cleveland Solon, focused on outside sales and sustaining revenue growth for RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. You’ll work under the Director of Sales to drive hotel performance from a hands-on, daily involvement role.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or related management experience and knowledge of revenue management and sales reporting. This role is based in Solon, OH with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related management or comparable experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and financial data.
• Experience with hotel revenue management concepts and reporting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Organize, maintain and track sales data using sales pro or provided tracking software.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports as required.
• Collaborate with revenue manager to maximize revenue results.
• Act as manager on duty as assigned by the General Manager.
• Meet regularly with Director of Sales to discuss activities.
• Schedule and track sales appointments and calls; sell to in-house guests.
