Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the on-site Sales team and drive strategic sales initiatives for the property. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, executing the brand’s sales strategy, and coordinating with Revenue Management and Sales Support to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hotel sales/marketing experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel sales/marketing.
Ability to lead a team and implement brand standards.

Responsibilities

Executes the sales strategy and verifies that goals are met for the on-property Sales team.
Serves as the Sales contact for the General Manager, Revenue Management, and Sales Support leaders.
Acts as the Sales contact for customers and the customer advocate.
Maintains market awareness by evaluating trends and competition.
Collaborates with Revenue Management to drive RevPAR and market share.
Proactively participates in hotel direct sales through calls for assigned accounts.
Supports Marriott brand standards and the sales-to-operations turnover.
