Responsibilities include handling client proposals, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting revenue targets while maintaining professional image and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-high school education preferred.
• 2 years in hotel service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy and drive loyalty to grow account share.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via calls, emails, site tours, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Build a client base of organizations through direct sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts to meet hotel revenue goals and ensure proper documentation.
• Meet or exceed revenue and sales activity targets.
• Conduct hotel and banquet facility tours for qualified clients.
• Provide prompt responses to proposals and client requests.
