• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to work long hours and multitask in a luxury-hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist DOS&M in supervising Sales Dept. activities.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations (Front Office, Reservations, F&B).
• Ensure adherence to sales policies and SOPs by the Sales team.
• Predict revenue opportunities with market awareness and proactive strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and manage budget-adjacent tasks.
• Prepare reports and coordinate weekly sales meetings and KRAs.
