The successful candidate will communicate effectively with all levels, manage schedules, and maintain outstanding guest satisfaction while upholding Highgate standards and SOPs across daily operations.

Formación

• 2 years Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel.
• A 4-year college degree; or a 2-year degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows and standard office software; Opera Cloud experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee daily Rooms operations and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety regulations.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll review, and training.
