Fairfield Inn & Suites – Princeton, WV is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead all sales initiatives across its Princeton portfolio. You will oversee revenue generation, develop regional strategies, and cultivate key relationships in the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales leadership within hotels or restaurants, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific sales software.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the property.
• Actively prospect and develop new business relationships within the local and regional markets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to create packages and promotions to increase sales.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding goals.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to all clients.
• Monitor and stay within the sales budget and set performance goals for the team.
