Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, AK seeks a Sales & Event Administrator to be the first contact for the Sales & Events office. You will respond to and qualify leads and assign to the appropriate sales manager for follow-up.

You will provide on-site support for activities such as site inspections, event management, organizing FAM tours, tour groups and general office administration. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or hospitality or an equivalent combination.
• 1-3 years of hotel sales and resort operations experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera Sales & Catering and PMS systems desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and qualify all incoming leads and assign to the appropriate sales manager.
• Be the first point of contact for the Sales & Events office and provide on-site support for inspections and events.
• Assist with FAM tours, tour groups and office administration.
• Attend and report in meetings, manage special requests, and coordinate amenities and bookings.
