Job summary

Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, AK is seeking a Sales & Event Administrator to be the first point of contact for the Sales & Events office. You will respond to and qualify incoming leads and coordinate with sales managers for follow-up, while providing on-site support for site inspections, event management, and FAM tours.

You will work with multiple hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage day-use bookings, prepare amenities, and support internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or hospitality or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years hotel sales and resort operations experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera Sales and Catering and PMS systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office literacy required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify incoming sales leads via multiple channels.
• Coordinate follow-up with the appropriate sales manager.
• Provide on-site support for site inspections, event management, and FAM tours.
• Assist with day-use bookings, amenities, and internal meetings.
