Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, AK seeks a Sales & Event Administrator to be the first point of contact for the Sales & Events office. You will respond to leads, qualify inquiries, and route to the appropriate sales manager, while providing on-site support for site inspections, event management, FAM tours, and day-to-day office administration.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills, can work weekends during peak periods, and is comfortable using

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or hospitality, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of hotel sales and resort operations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Opera Sales and Catering and PMS systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office computer literacy required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to delegate and handle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Team player to assist with obtaining new business.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid US Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Respond to and qualify all incoming leads for the Sales & Events office.
• Assign to the appropriate sales manager for follow-up and provide on-site support for site inspections and event management.
• Organize FAM tours, tour groups, and general office administration.
• Attend and report on communications meetings and assist with special requests, amenities, and day use bookings.
