Job summary

Aloft Hotels, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, seeks a Sales and Catering Coordinator to handle daily administration for the Property Specific Sales and Catering Department. The role requires strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and proficient use of the reservations system to manage group blocks and events.

You will liaise with Front Office, assign leads, print weekly reports, and ensure accurate data entry across systems, supporting a high-volume hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for the sales office; coordinator for leisure group blocks.
• Coordinate with Front Office on daily showrooms and relay information to sales/catering teams.
• Assign group leads and ensure all leads are entered into the on-property Sales & Catering system.
• Print and distribute weekly group pickup and cutoff reports for all assigned hotels.
• Load new groups and build booking links for assigned hotels.
• Conduct quarterly audits of Sales Systems and PMS for accuracy.
• Make reservations for BT managers and input rooming lists for group sales managers.
• Pull rooming lists for groups and managers upon request.
• Update room blocks, catering and banquet functions after group departure.
