Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and cash/credit card processing per policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries: address concerns, input data, and coordinate with departments when needed.
• Pre-register and manage reservations, follow rate structures and sell strategies.
• Complete logs/reports as required by management.
• Assist guests with lodging arrangements and special requests within policies.
