Qualifications

• Two years or more in a hotel sales/support role or similar.
• Experience with administrative tasks, telephony, email and filing systems.
• Proficiency with MS 365 and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and marketing to optimize revenue and bookings.
• Maintain organized filing and CRM data on accounts and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries about venue options, rates, and promotions.
• Prepare and send proposals and invoices accurately and timely.
• Research competitive hotels, venues, clients, trends and prospects.
• Enter and reconcile rooming lists and event orders in systems.
