Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing department across six hotels and a spa in Florence, SC. The role is in-person, full-time, with possible weekday flexibility for part-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience in administrative functions, telephone, email and filing systems.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, brand's PMS and/or sales related applications a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain organized filing system on all accounts and trace file for future activities.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel scheduling and service standards.
• Comply with standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Correspond with prospects and clients about venue options, rates, room types, packages or promotions.
• Send proposals and invoices accurately, timely and professionally.
• Enter or reconcile rooming lists and event orders in CRM systems.
