Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking an organized Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales, manage group bookings, and respond to leads and RFPs. You will coordinate events, maintain sales records, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates have hospitality admin experience, strong communication, and familiarity with PMS and CRM systems. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and proactive sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or admin support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and Delphi CRM is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and sales support to the Director of Sales and team.
• Serve as primary on-property contact for sales inquiries and space availability.
• Respond to leads, RFPs, and client correspondence promptly.
• Coordinate group room blocks, billing, space assignments, and event logistics.
• Prepare group agreements, event docs, and meeting orders.
• Maintain sales database records and lead activity.
• Assist with prospecting through telemarketing and market research.
