Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing department of the hotel, helping optimize revenue and bookings. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and precise administration to drive successful client engagements.

Two years in a hotel setting plus administrative experience are required, with familiarity in Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, PMS, and Microsoft 365 considered a plus. This is a full-time on-site position offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience in administrative functions, telephone, email and filing systems.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, brand's PMS and/or sales related applications a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Engage guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain organized filing system for accounts and complete files on active, prospective or buying accounts.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel scheduling and service standards.
• Comply with standards and regulations to ensure safe hotel operations.
• Keep supervisor informed of all matters requiring attention.
• Correspond with prospects and clients about venue options, rates, rooms, packages or promotions.
• Send proposals and/or invoices accurately, timely and professionally.
• Perform research on competitive hotels, venues, clients, trends and prospects.
• Gather and assemble sales collateral and correspond with clients.
• Enter, retrieve or reconcile rooming lists, event orders or other information in CRM systems.
