Job summary

Raines Co. in Florence, SC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing teams for six hotels and a spa. This in-person, full-time role focuses on sales administration, client outreach, and program coordination to optimize revenue and bookings.

You will engage with prospects, prepare proposals, and maintain files and CRM data, with opportunities for weekday flexibility at times and relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, Sales Pro, brand's PMS and/or sales related applications a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Engage with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Keep filing system organized and accurate for all accounts and activity.
• Maintain regular attendance in alignment with hotel scheduling requirements.
• Comply with standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Keep supervisor informed of matters requiring attention.
• Correspond with prospects and clients about venue options, rates, rooms, packages or promotions.
• Send proposals and/or invoices accurately, timely and professionally.
• Perform research on competitive hotels, venues, clients, trends and prospects.
• Gather and assemble sales collateral and communicate with clients.
• Enter, retrieve or reconcile rooming lists, event orders or other CRM data.
