Pyramid Global Hospitality’s DoubleTree Manchester Downtown seeks a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage group communications, and assist with proposals and contracts.

You’ll work with the Director of Sales and Sales Managers, handle administrative tasks, and help maintain client relationships. A high school diploma is required and experience in hotels is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Typing 55 wpm; proficient with OnQ and Delphi FDC.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director of Sales, Catering and Sales Managers in managing accounts and relationships.
• Qualify incoming leads.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and attend daily stand-ups to meet group needs.
• Prepare and distribute Group resumes; communicate with customers, managers and associates.
• Assist with client billing; process proposals and contracts.
• Support direct sales activities and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Utilize Delphi, OnQ PM, Canva for data management and content creation.
• Create marketing materials including flyers and direct mailings.
• Assist with upselling opportunities.
