Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years proven hotel sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive sales results.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the property and target market segments.
• Create and manage annual marketing plan with monthly reviews.
• Control yield and rate strategies to balance demand and availability.
• Establish and lead an outside sales program.
• Direct internal servicing of groups.
• Collaborate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Train staff to achieve actionable sales results.
