Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales for the AC Phoenix Biltmore location. The role demands strong leadership, strategic pricing, and a proven track record in hotel sales.

You will guide revenue strategy, manage RFPs, forecast performance, and grow market share across key accounts. You will collaborate with GM and regional teams, drive loyalty, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, business, or marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing and guidance to sales staff; review and approve corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, guest services, reservations.
• Adhere to sales policies and SOPs; drive loyalty and revenue growth through service excellence.
• Oversee RFPs annually with National Sales; coordinate with GM and Regional DOS/Regional Sales.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business through prospecting, site visits, and events.
• Forecast revenue and expenses; analyze trends to adjust pricing and strategy.
• Track ROI on marketing and advertising; develop annual marketing and budget plans.
