Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales for the AC Phoenix Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads the hotel’s sales strategy, drives revenue growth, and oversees pricing, campaigns, and client relationships.

You will work with senior leaders to forecast demand, set revenue targets, and implement initiatives that enhance market share. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, service culture, and career development within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the sales team with clear communication.
• Provide pricing guidance and approve corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, guest services and reservations.
• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and SOPs.
• Drive customer loyalty to grow share of account through service excellence.
• Support RFP season with National Sales and GM input.
• Identify new business through prospecting calls, site visits and events.
• Forecast revenue and monitor pricing, MAR and inventory constraints.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to annual marketing and budget plans.
• Set team goals for weekly activities and revenue targets.
