HHM Hotels in Tampa is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support property sales leaders with administrative tasks. You will answer calls, process proposals and contracts, and distribute documents to departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

You will reserve rooms and meeting spaces, maintain current records, and communicate professionally with clients. The role offers growth paths to Sales Manager and beyond, with a focus on teamwork and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and communicate account information to managers and departments.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to departments.
• Converse with clients professionally and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space and banquet space when necessary.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
