Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales and marketing efforts. You will handle reservations, respond to client inquiries, and ensure bookings align with brand standards while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in hotel front desk/reservations and 1 year in a sales coordination capacity, strong computer skills, and weekend/holiday availability. Competitive salary with annual reviews and 401k company match are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Hotel Front Desk/Reservations or related hospitality role.
• 1+ year in a Sales Coordinator role.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use hotel management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservations and bookings through hotel database.
• Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes.
• Assist with vouchers, folio, and billing inquiries.
• Serve as main point of contact for resume distribution and BEO packets.
