Ideal candidates will have hotel front desk or sales support experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with corporate systems. Marriott experience is a plus; valid driver's license required. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or sales support.
• Customer service skills.
• Telephone and email communication proficiency.
• Strong computer knowledge; familiarity with intranet and hotel systems (FOSSE, OnQ, Delphi) preferred.
• Marriott experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales systems, applications and databases.
• Organize group room contacts and room block inventories.
• Produce marketing materials for the sales team.
• Assist in managing sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
