Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts in California is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team with administrative and operational tasks, coordinating activities, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.

You will assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts, schedule client meetings, coordinate events, and maintain a CRM database (CI/TY).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel industry advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marriott CI/TY.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information on facilities, services, and rates.
• Maintain client communications and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate sales appointments and meetings with clients.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and documents.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
• Create room blocks and reservations for groups.
• Collaborate with banquet, catering, and reservations for events.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and track client interactions in CI/TY.
