Pacific Hospitality Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team with proposals, contracts, inquiries, and client communications. You will liaise with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely responses and smooth turnover from sales to operations.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years in hotel sales or hospitality operations; experience in luxury or resort settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Administrative Support: Prepare proposals, contracts, addendums, and banquet event orders as applicable.
• Contract & Documentation Management: Ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Revenue & Reporting Support: Compile weekly and monthly sales reports and monitor booking pace.
• Client & Internal Communication: Act as point of contact for client inquiries when Sales Managers are traveling.
• Event & Operational Coordination: Coordinate site visit logistics and presentation materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
