Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts in Maryland is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the hotel's sales and marketing efforts. You will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage client communications, and help ensure smooth execution of sales processes and event plans.

You will coordinate proposals, presentations, contracts, appointments, and reports, while maintaining accurate CRM data. The role requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Relevant hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Marriott CI/TY.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with information on facilities, rates, and services.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate sales appointments and meetings with clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database using CI/TY.
• Assist in event planning and room block reservations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and reports.
