Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator who is organized, energetic, and service-focused. You will support the Sales and Catering teams, coordinate group blocks and events, and help drive revenue while ensuring exceptional experiences for guests and clients.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, client communications, and seamless event execution across hotel departments, with a strong focus on brand standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is required.
• Experience in sales, catering, banquet, or front office is preferred.
• Proficiency with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Catering team with daily administrative functions and client communications.
• Coordinate group room blocks, catering events, meetings, and banquet details.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, proposals, resumes, and reports.
• Maintain accurate information in sales and catering systems.
• Assist with responding to sales inquiries, leads, and RFPs promptly.
• Conduct site tours and assist client visits as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Operations on event details.
• Track group cut-off dates, rooming lists, deposits, and billing.
• Assist in achieving hotel revenue goals through service and organization.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and repeat guests.
• Support marketing efforts as needed and ensure brand procedures are followed.
