Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Room Inspector for our newly opening Birmingham property. This role oversees housekeeping floors, inspects rooms for cleanliness, and trains staff to uphold brand standards, ensuring guest-ready rooms and efficient operations.

Collaboration with Front Office and management teams is essential to maintain high guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, and a sharp eye for detail, with strong teamwork and clear English

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to read English and communicate clearly.

Mansioni

• Inspect rooms daily for cleanliness and readiness.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate staffing and daily activities for cleaning operations.
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management.
• Ensure brand standards and safety policies are followed.
