Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector to supervise floors and inspect rooms before turnover, ensuring cleanliness standards are met at all times. The role trains and coaches housekeeping team members to maintain quality and safety across the property.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping experience and prior supervisory experience, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers benefits and growth within a hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read English.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities and plans for staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspects guest rooms and public outlets daily to ensure quality standards.
• Trains and coaches housekeeping staff to meet brand standards.
• Prepares and maintains daily housekeeping reports and logs.
• Ensures safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Reports maintenance issues and coordinates with other departments.
