Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector (Supervisor) to oversee floors, inspect rooms, and train team members to meet cleanliness standards. This role supports the Executive Housekeeper and coordinates daily activities to ensure efficient room turnover.

The position emphasizes hands-on supervision, training, and ensuring guest room readiness with a strong focus on safety and brand standards within a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to read and print in English and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing for cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure cleanliness per standards.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff for quality.
• Maintain daily housekeeping reports and logs.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and hazards are reported.
• Communicate room status to related departments.
