The position requires housekeeping experience, strong communication, and leadership skills. Availability to work weekends and holidays is needed; a supportive benefits package is included.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness and condition.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniform are available for associates.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them consistently.
• Identify unsafe behaviours and retrain accordingly.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Report maintenance repairs and notify appropriate personnel.
• Identify guests' left-behind items and report using lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
