Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Inspector to join Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

You will inspect rooms for cleanliness and condition, provide feedback to room attendants, ensure supplies and uniforms are available, and train staff on safety standards to maintain high-quality service.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, and the role offers opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness and condition.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them consistently.
• Identify unsafe behaviors and retrain accordingly.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Notify maintenance of repairs.
• Identify guest belongings and report via lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
