Job summary

Collegiate Hotel Group seeks a Room Inspector to join Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. You will inspect rooms for cleanliness and readiness, provide feedback to room attendants, and ensure supplies and safety standards are upheld. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned rooms to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
• Provides feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within housekeeping
• Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniform
• Trains associates on safety standards and enforces them consistently
• Identifies unsafe behaviors and retrains accordingly
• Performs housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, cleaning
• Notifies maintenance of repairs needed
• Identifies items guests left behind and reports via lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
