Collegiate Hotel Group, owner of Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor, seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure brand standards are met. The role includes scheduling, assigning tasks, and supervising team members to maintain quality service for guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of housekeeping leadership experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with PMS/HMS and MS Office. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS/HMS and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Verify and update status of discrepant rooms during shifts.
• Inspect randomly selected rooms to ensure brand standards are met.
• Coach and provide corrective action to housekeeping staff on performance.
