TownePlace Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including making beds, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning. You will report discrepancies and assist guests with requests to ensure a great stay.

This role involves standing for long periods and working weekends/holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour with benefits typical of Buffalo Lodging Associates' offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or willingness to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs and push cart up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, including floors, beds, bathrooms, and linens.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts including weekends and holidays when required.
