Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms and assigned areas. You will manage linens, restock supplies, and ensure standards across hotel floors while supporting a safe, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork. Experience in housekeeping is preferred, and a GRA license may be required. Mille Lacs Band preference applies where allowed by policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to obtain GRA license.
• Mille Lacs Band Member preference and American Indian status may be considered in hiring.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, dust, and clean guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Restock linens and amenities and maintain supply carts.
• Keep common areas clean on guest floors as assigned.
• Follow safety and brand standards during cleaning.
• Notify supervision of any incidents affecting guest services.
