Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is hiring a Hotel Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas at Grand Casinos. You will manage linens, restock supplies, and ensure brand standards are met across hotel floors.

The role requires physical tasks, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest service. Training provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Required to follow Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR').
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference may be exercised in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, scrub, mop, and clean guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain familiarity with brand standards and ensure adherence to them.
• Strip beds and replenish linens, towels, and amenities; stock carts daily.
• Follow policies on lost and found items and notify supervisors of incidents.
