Job summary

Grand Casinos is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms and on hotel floors. You will vacuum, dust, restock linens, and ensure spotless bathrooms, while supporting towel and supply inventory.

The role includes deep cleaning and transporting linens to storage areas, with daily cart restocking and adherence to brand standards. Flexibility to work peak hours, strong teamwork, and reliable attendance are essential, as is the ability to lift and move items

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean guest rooms and corridors.
• Strip beds, replace linens, restock towels and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, scrub and disinfect fixtures, and manage waste.
• Transport soiled and clean linens to designated areas; assist laundry.
• Stock carts with supplies and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist with lost and found handling and follow department policies.
