Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to support hotel operations and maximize room revenue through pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. You will prepare and analyze revenue reports, monitor occupancy, coordinate with the reservations team, and implement yield management practices with attention to brand standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing pricing strategies and distribution channels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of pricing and optimization strategies for maximum room revenue.
• Build and maintain Revenue Reports and related dashboards.
• Oversee Nor1 program for upsell and revenue maximization.
• Monitor inventory and apply restrictions to maximize occupancy.
• Communicate room rates, packages, and casino information to reservations.
• Collaborate with reservations call center on pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Casino for promotions and event room blocks.
• Monitor promos and yielding rates; prepare weekly pace reports.
• Track trends and citywide events affecting occupancy.
• Update calendars for yield opportunities and monitor OTA allotments.
• Run competitor pricing analyses for parity and yield insights.
• Prepare ad-hoc executive reports as needed.
