Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking an Assistant Director of Hotel Revenue with a proven track record in maximizing room revenue through inventory and pricing strategies based on demand and competitor analysis. The role supports the Corporate Director in developing short- and long-range revenue plans and improving direct bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel revenue experience in the casino/hotel industry.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue streams or improving property performance.
• Proficient with central reservations systems (LMS preferred) and yield management software.
• Strong MS Office skills and HRIS administration.

Responsabilités

• Manage casino/hotel group room blocks.
• Develop pricing strategies to reduce OTA bookings while increasing direct bookings.
• Create and deploy strategies to drive market share and revenue through distribution channels.
• Analyze data for the Corporate Director to optimize outcomes and strategies.
• Forecast daily/weekly/monthly revenue and present actionable insights.
