Job summary

Landry's in Nevada is seeking a Revenue Manager to assist the Director of Hotel Operations in optimizing financial performance. You will oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution while upholding the brand values of Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity.

You will build and maintain revenue reports, supervise Nor1, monitor inventory, and coordinate with reservations and casino teams to maximize occupancy and ADR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years in revenue or hotel ops.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills for pricing and distribution management.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of pricing and optimization strategies across distribution channels to maximize hotel room revenue.
• Build and maintain Revenue Reports and related performance reports.
• Oversee Nor1 program to implement revenue-maximization practices and uplift ADR.
• Monitor room inventory and set restrictions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Keep current on room rates, packages, and hotel/casino information and communicate to Reservations.
• Collaborate with the reservation call center to optimize pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with casino for promotions and correct room blocks.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for Executives as needed.
