Job summary

Landry's in Nevada seeks a Revenue Coordinator to assist the Director of Hotel Operations in optimizing financial performance across pricing, inventory, distribution and internal communication. You will analyze data, produce weekly pace and various reports, and support revenue maximization initiatives such as Nor1 programs and rate parity across channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in hospitality revenue management, and excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

Assist management of pricing and optimization strategies and oversight of all distribution channels to maximize hotel room revenue.
Oversee production of revenue reports and analyses to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor room inventory daily and set restrictions to optimize yield.
Communicate rate, package and specials information to reservations teams.
Collaborate with call center to ensure pricing strategies are effective.
Coordinate with Casino for promotions and events to maximize room blocks.
Track promos yielding rate and prepare weekly pace reports.
Maintain trends logs affecting occupancy and analyze calendars for yield.
Monitor OTA allotments and ensure parity across channels.
Run competitor pricing reports and use as yielding tool.
Prepare ad-hoc executive reports.
