Job summary

HEI Hotels Inc. is seeking a Revenue Management professional to optimize hotel room and catering revenue across distribution channels.

You will forecast demand, set pricing strategies, and collaborate with the General Manager, DOSM, and Sales teams to improve RevPAR and market share. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years in revenue management, with strong analytical and data-analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Two years revenue management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive hotel revenue.

Responsibilities

• Update selling strategies across distribution channels and optimize RevPAR.
• Collaborate with General Manager, DOSM and Sales to increase revenue (Rooms and Catering).
• Conduct competitor price and product analyses to ensure proper rate positioning.
• Lead Weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and participate in budgeting and planning.
