HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize room and catering revenue by coordinating with the General Manager, Director of Sales, and Front Office Manager. You will monitor distribution channels, analyze demand, and implement pricing strategies to improve RevPAR.

Responsibilities include updating selling strategies across channels, leading pricing decisions for transient and group segments, and supporting budget planning for revenue-generating departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing or Finance.
• Two years revenue management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to forecast and set pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Update and manage selling strategies and product information in all distribution channels and reservation sources.
• Optimize RevPAR by analyzing and forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies and pricing.
• Work with hotel leadership to increase revenue of Rooms and Catering.
• Conduct pricing decisions for transient, group, and wholesale segments.
• Generate and distribute revenue management reports and present results.
