Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee pricing and inventory for the Homewood Suites Orlando Theme Parks, Lake Buena Vista properties, and related venues. You will optimize RevPAR, monitor channels, and guide strategy using demand forecasts.

You will lead budgeting, collaborate with regional teams, and drive revenue growth across rooms and catering. A strong background in PMS and distribution systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years revenue management experience; sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required or preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic market with revenue-positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RevPAR by forecasting demand and setting selling strategies.
• Manage selling strategies across distribution channels (onsite, OTA, GDS, calls).
• Lead Daily/Weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and provide insights.
• Analyze competitor pricing and adjust rate positioning accordingly.
• Participate in budgeting and planning for Food & Beverage and other revenue streams.
• Collaborate with DOSM and hotel teams to grow rooms and catering revenue.
