Qualifikationen

• Two years revenue management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Aufgaben

• Update and manage selling strategies across distribution channels and reservation sources.
• Forecast demand and set pricing to optimize RevPAR and market share.
• Lead pricing decisions for rooms, catering, and groups; participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings.
• Collaborate with General Manager, DOSM, and hotel team on revenue initiatives.
• Prepare and present revenue management reports for multiple time frames.
• Support budgeting and business planning for revenue-generating departments.
