Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5-8 years of multi-hotel revenue management experience.
• Marriott or Hilton experience required; IHG/Hyatt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of revenue management strategies for a 5-7 hotel portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, optimize pricing and inventory; collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Report to the Regional VP of Commercial Strategy.
• Possibility of advancement to regional or executive revenue leadership roles.
