Job summary

The Westin Cincinnati is seeking a Director of Revenue for Hotels to lead property teams in yield optimization, reporting, forecasting, and strategy across full-service and independent hotels. You’ll be the daily go-to for support, driving short- and long-term profitability through data-driven decisions and strategic leadership.

Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize group business, optimize inventory, and contribute to Executive Committee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Consistently maintains a professional, service-oriented approach and adheres to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy with hotel leaders for daily yield controls and channel optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure top group business and events.
• Analyze revenue reports and forecasts to guide decision making.
• Lead energizing meetings, prepare reports, and deliver training to the team.
• Represent the hotel in reviews and events, driving budgeting accuracy and performance.
