Responsabilités

• Forecasting and budgeting analyses to maximize profitability.
• Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies across distribution channels.
• Monitor KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy and booking pace.
• Conduct market intelligence on prices and historical data.
• Operate RMS and PMS to ensure accurate rate loading and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on pricing and promotions.
